Anne Carole Turgeon

Anne Carole Turgeon joined Séguin Racine after articling with the firm. Her pratice focuses essentially in taxation, commercial, real estate and corporate law.

Berfore starting her pratice, Ms Turgeon completed an internship with the Honourable Claude Champagne, Judge of the Superior Court in order to assist him with legal research and drafting judgement.

Ms Turgeon is involved in the tax planning and due diligence for Canadian and cross-border transactions. Her pratice includes counsel (analysis and drafting of legal opinions on various legal aspects arising from taxation), representation before administrative bodies (audits and objections) and the courts (appeal or otherwise). Ms Turgeon also assits lawyers in drafting and representation before courts in civil matter and that until the Supreme Court of Canada.
